Sweet Potato

We're starting to get frosts, so I thought it would be a good idea to dig up my sweet potatoes. This is the first year I have ever grown them, and I got a late start using supermarket leftovers.

So I am amazed at the fact that I got two of them. Good enough to eat even.

When I first saw this picture (that is me!), I thought I was holding two small lobsters or crayfish.
