Back Up

Ok. The hard drive in the old server crashed. I was able to recover *most* of my data, but decided this would be a good time to start fresh, so here I am.

New blogging software. Serendipity had some annoyances due to the fact that I was using postgres as a back end database. After getting the new machine up, I tried a few packages that claimed to support postgres (most notably "liteblog"), but had no such luck.

So I have this flat file system. We'll see if it works.

I still need to get my photo gallery back online.
