Graduation and Posts

Gavan graduated from kindergarten today.

Total amount of paste consumed this year: None.
Number of swear words/other bad things learned on the bus: about forty.

In other news... I haven't been posting lately because my life has been consumed with other things. Church took a turn for the busier at about the same time I became consumed with building a mythtv system. So things like this have dropped off.

The good news is that I'm getting a handle on the church stuff and my myth box is finished (but sitting mostly idle).

The funny thing about the myth system is that Nicole and I are thinking of getting rid of Dish Network altogether. We did the math and figured we could buy a bunch of DVDs to entertain the kids with the $37 a month we are shelling out to Dish Network. We'll see what happens.
